History & Experience

 

Earl, a Naval Academy Graduate, has been serving clients and customers in their real estate needs since 1995 where he began his real estate career while still active duty in the U.S. Navy as a pilot. After 22 years and retiring at the rank of Commander from the service May 1, 1996, Earl quickly established himself as a top producer earning "Rookie of the Year" award while having his license with Judy Boone Realty. In his early years in real estate, Earl specialized in Ocean View and Willoughby area waterfront properties in Norfolk, Virginia. He resided there for several years. Still active in that market, Earl has expanded knowledge in most all cities of Hampton Roads working with investors, buyers and sellers, and military families relocating.  He has won numerous top producer sales awards for residential property sales including Circle of Excellence awards in the local Hampton Roads Realtor's Association.

 

Earl and his wife, Debra, work as a team and combine their individual talents in real estate to create new innovative programs to better service their clients. Debra recently retired her license and continues to work as Earl's partner on the team as Director of Marketing.  

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT

 

Earl has received the following designations:  CRS - Certified Real Estate Specialist; GRI - Graduated Realtor's Institute; and the SFR - Short Sale, Foreclosure, and REO designation.

 

Military Relocation & Family Values

 

Earl's military experience uniquely qualifies him in understanding and meeting the needs of our active duty military and their families, whether relocating to the area or leaving the area, Earl loves working with our military families. Earl is the proud father of two successful children - his daughter who is a Physician's Assistant living with her husband and daughter in Florida.  Earl's son, a mechanical engineer, lives in Louisiana with with his two sons.

Earl specializes in working with investors and is familiar with IRS Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, and has numerous condominium and single family home sales. He also enjoys the challenges of working diverse markets including first time home buyers to luxury home buyers and sellers, works with builders, waterfront homes and condos. Loyalty, integrity, experience, innovation, follow-up, and knowledge are key assets in all market places. Earl and Debra feel that these are the keys to their success.

 

Giving Back to the Community

 

All sales create an automatic donation to the Habitat for Humanity.  Earl and Debra believe they should reach out to help others in need whenever possible.  Earl is currently serving on the local Hampton Roads Chapter of the Military Officer's Association of America as 2nd Vice President (HRMOAA).

He also enjoys snow skiing, traveling, outdoor activities, exercising (when time allows), learning and sharing with others to help others enrich their lives.  These things are among the treasures of life's many experiences. Just a quiet sit around the back yard with friends and family on a day off is a treasured relaxing event. It's sometimes those simple things in life that mean the most.

 

Recently retiring her real estate license, Debra's passion outside of real estate, is to discover new ways of helping people live happier and healthier livestyles.  While still working with Earl as his Marketing Director, she's exploring the wellness industry and ways to help health care professionals set up customized wellness solutions for their patients.  It is her belief that there is hope for a health care system through more education on staying well.  She is also an Internet Business Consultant for small and medium-size businesses helping them find affordable business and internet marketing solutions to help their bottom line.
